Thailand Hotel

The owner was enthusiastic, but for 800k a room, I really didn’t feel the stay was worth the price. The fan wouldn’t move, the air conditioner didn’t cool, and the wardrobe was broken and wouldn’t open. Both bedsheets were damp. I hadn’t lain on them, just touched and sat on them, and they were already wet. When I called about changing them, the owner said it was from sweat. The room also smelled awful, even though I checked in right after the cleaners had finished. That smell stayed the whole 3 nights and 2 days.

At 2 PM, the owner told me to go upstairs and open the room myself. I went up, found the door locked, and called several times before someone finally came to unlock it. The room hadn’t been cleaned and was still dirty, so I waited another half hour and only checked in at 2:30. The furniture was old, the bed wasn’t clean, and the broken wardrobe couldn’t be used. The bathroom and room overall just weren’t worth 850,000 VND a night.

I’d booked a room for the May 2nd holiday, but when I arrived and checked in at the lobby, they told me there wasn’t one available. That’s irresponsible business.

The toilet had no exhaust fan, and the hot water faucet was an issue. The room’s equipment was old, the TV was noisy, and the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted.
