The staff were extremely helpful, and breakfast was good. The location worked well for my schedule, and the value was very good. This was my first stay, for 2 nights.

We were there for 4 days and 3 nights in the off season, and felt like total VIPs. We had a lot of things to ourselves, including dinner, breakfast, and the spa. The rooftop area and restaurant were lovely. The location near the lake and park was good for running, and there was outdoor gym equipment. Most of the gym equipment was broken, and there was no cradle to use with the pool table, but otherwise everything was great.

There are some real problems here. The hotel is understaffed, karaoke noise is terrible, and some guests smoked cigars at reception. A few rooms have a strong mold smell. On the plus side, the location is good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the food was tasty.

It's an older local hotel, but the furniture and finish are still reasonably okay. The town center is about a 10 minute walk away. There aren't convenient stalls nearby, and the staff's English is quite basic, so communication is limited.

We spent two weeks here as a family in November 2022. The room was lovely and clean, and I really enjoyed the Vietnamese dishes at breakfast. Everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful. If we get the chance, my family will come back next year. ❤️🥰
