Breakfast was really good, with lots of fresh food choices, and the rooms are spacious, though they could use some maintenance to keep them fresh. The hotel is a great Hanoi option, just a few blocks from the famous street train. Great location!

We had a great two-night stay. The bellman, housekeeper, and receptionist all provided good service. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

8/10
The hotel is very good in general, especially because of its location. It's about what they advertise, though I think the rooms need better upkeep.

The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.

6/10
The staff and manager were friendly and very helpful. The room design was decent and the room itself acceptable, but some water heaters or power outlets weren't working, so maintenance should check more carefully. Breakfast was just okay, with average taste and a decent, average setting.
