The owner didn’t seem to care when we raised our complaints and said we wanted to leave. We were told we had to pay more for each day we’d already stayed because our stay was getting shorter, plus a cancellation penalty. My wife and I were sleeping naked when a man came into the room and woke us up. The staff were completely unprofessional. The room was dirty and in terrible shape, nothing like the photos or older reviews. There was something smeared on the walls that I’d rather not identify, the furniture was damaged, and the sink leaked, leaving a constant puddle in the bathroom. The air conditioner made loud, unnatural noises that kept us from sleeping.

Marilyn Hotel offers a lovely design and a very reasonable price for the quality. It’s near the beach, so it suits people who enjoy nature, fresh air, and coastal views. I spent half a year in a fourth-floor room with a mountain view, and the sunsets were especially wonderful. It’s in a quiet area, with a great location, regular room cleaning, and very friendly, responsive staff. I was very satisfied and grateful for the comfort. If you’re heading to Nha Trang, feel free to stay here. Good luck, and see you again 🤝

The best part of the month I spent in my studio was the peaceful, kind atmosphere. Việt Nam and Tâm were wonderful and warm, always ready to help or start the day with a smile and delicious breakfast. It felt more like staying in a home than getting generic hotel service. This was my second visit to Nha Trang, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Marilyn Hotel. The northern part of the city is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is right by the coast and beach, tucked away from the main street, so it stays quiet day and night. Wi-Fi was more than enough for daily use, with a stable 50Mb/s upload and download according to Speed App. My Steam download peaked at 460 Mb/s, and I downloaded 110GB of content in 30 minutes. There’s motorbike parking on site, and the laundry smells like spring. A local surfing spot is five minutes away, and it’s easy to head from the city to mountain trails or take a ferry to the islands. Perfect location and highest comfort. Thank you!

The room was comfortable enough for the price, which felt very reasonable. It’s right by the beach and about 4km from the city center. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pup was the only one who wasn’t too welcoming, but that’s just because I hadn’t had a chance to pet them yet! 🐶😆
