Sea Soul Hotel

This was our second stay at the Sea Soul, and both visits were excellent. The beach is a simple walk away, followed by a lovely stroll along the shore, and the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Service was excellent, especially from Linh, Dien,Phuong, and Trang. They all gave our daughter gifts and “ Lucky Money”, which made the vacation even more special. We’ll certainly come back and can highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely, polite, and helpful, and housekeeping kept my room spotless each day with fresh water, fluffy towels, and a made bed. We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and a hot shower. The hotel is clean and modern, with a pool and spa. The restaurant was fabulous, and breakfast had plenty of variety, including lattes and cappuccinos from an Italian coffee machine. Sad to leave such a wonderful place.

This was my 8th visit. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast had lots of variety. I especially want to compliment the male manager (duc) and the female receptionist manager. She took initiative in solving our problems. We’ll come again.

The room was the most spacious hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Room service was amazing, and the staff on the 4th floor were friendly and enjoyable to be around. My boys loved the pool, though the water felt as cold as river water when you stopped moving. We spent time there every day, using the pool and weight room, having drinks, and eating. The continental breakfast ran until 10:00 am, so we could sleep in and make use of that extra hour compared with the 9:00 end time back in the States. My wife enjoyed the spa, and I went with her the second time. The massage put me to sleep. The spa felt more like a woman thing to me, but guys should try it once. The TV remote took me a while to figure out. Putting the key card in the slot turns on the room power and starts the TV playing music at whatever volume it was left on, so I switched it off as fast as I could. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too plump. In the family room, the headboards suggest it was designed for three twin beds before they changed it to two queens. Now one bed’s outlet and the other’s light switch are behind pillows. One night my son said, “Dad you turned on the light.” I had. I also don’t like air blowing in my face, and the AC did that while I was lying in bed, so I coughed all night.
