A25 Premium Hotel - 12 Ngo Si Lien

On my second trip to Hanoi, I stayed at this hotel again. I love the rooms, the staff, and how they treat their guests. Hoang Thi Phuong was especially helpful with everything I needed, and the whole team made me feel welcome. Thank you.

We expected a relaxing 3-Star Family hotel, but this has been one of my worst hotel nights in a long time. The room looks tired and hardly matches the advertised deluxe standard, and noise came in constantly from outside and through the poor sound insulation. A party in a neighboring room went on until at least 5am. I got up to complain at reception at 4am, but the night staff didn't stop it. Hotel workers were also in the corridor during the small hours, making things worse. I later found out they'd been cleaning most of the rooms on our floor around 2am while we were in bed. Signs across the public areas banning prostitutes and hard drugs aren't exactly reassuring either. I can only assume some of the site's more positive reviews are fake. Thank God we're here for one night only. Beware and stay away!

The location worked well for me, close to Hanoi's main attractions and convenient for my needs.

The room was clean and nice, with a large, comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and helped us with all our questions. We were very happy to stay here, thank you!
