Tom, the owner, made the visit special. He was kind, helpful, and always available when I needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location in Hanoi was perfect. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

One of the best parts of my trip was sharing a drink and playing guitar with Mr. Tom. He’s friendly, full of energy, and a joy to spend time with. His hospitality made the stay memorable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel’s location was extremely convenient. I had a fantastic stay!

The location is great, but the room was rough. We had to haul at least three suitcases up five flights with no warning, and there was no AC on the way up. Once inside, it smelled funky and the AC took so long to cool the place that we were burning up. There was mold in the bathrooms and showers, and the toilet seat was broken. I could manage one night, but not several. I wouldn't recommend it.

The family running this hotel were incredibly kind and warm, and the Old Quarter location suited me perfectly. I stayed three nights and would happily come back. The hotel itself is very simple, though. If you're physically handicapped, the lack of an elevator could make it hard to manage. Otherwise, it was a great stay for me.

Tom was always happy to help with questions about our trip. We also had a beautiful view from the window and could enjoy the square's live music from there. The location made a perfect base for exploring the city, and we had a very good stay. Thanks so much.
