I wouldn’t recommend this Hanoi hotel. I was there as part of a tour, but arrived a day early hoping to rest after a long flight. After I’d unpacked and gone to bed, staff woke me late at night to say I’d been given the wrong room. Having to pack again and move was really stressful, especially when I’d come early to relax. There were other problems too. I once got no change after buying a drink, and my laundry was lost for a while. The staff didn’t seem happy or welcoming, and little was explained. The lift has no sensor and closed on me twice, hurting me. It was a horrible stay. I’ve had nice, welcoming stays at other A25 hotels, but this one wasn’t like those.

I arrived very early with a group, and I was grateful they let me take a morning shower. The staff were kind and always available, and the service was great. The location is great too, and breakfast was very good. I’d recommend it.

I was traveling with a group, but they arranged a room just for me at an excellent price. The room was nice and the service was excellent. I thought the hotel was excellent overall, and I’d stay again.

The location was very nice, and the rooms were beautiful with everything we needed. Breakfast was good too, though I’d have liked a few more vegetarian dishes. This was the best hotel we experienced during our whole trip in Vietnam.

We loved our room and our stay here. The hotel is in a great spot, just five minutes from the main market, and the breakfast buffet had a very good, extensive selection.
