Laundry was another letdown: they lost one of our items and still charged the full price. A small goodwill gesture would have helped. The room was a bit worn and only okay, which I might have accepted, but the bathroom was not clean to an acceptable standard. There were hairs on the walls, tiles, and floor from previous guests, and the drain hadn’t been cleared. We asked staff to clean it, but saw no real improvement. That was disappointing and didn’t feel professional. Overall, the stay fell short.

The staff were generally friendly, and the laundry was done quickly, but one sock went missing and they still charged us full price. There was no compensation or goodwill for the inconvenience, which bothered me. The bathroom also stayed dirty even after we asked them to send someone back: there was hair everywhere and the walls were dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. I was honestly disappointed, especially after seeing the generally good Google reviews.

The room was spacious, and breakfast was okay with some Halal choices. It’s not really within walking distance, but taking a Grab was fine.
