Acoustic Hanoi Hotel & Spa

We felt cared for throughout our stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa. The staff were warm, welcoming, kind, and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is lovely and clean, and its location made it easy to explore Hanoi. Our comfortable, well-maintained room was another plus. At night, the rooftop view was amazing, a great spot to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The location is perfect, and you really get more than your money’s worth. The facilities and breakfast were great too. I wish I could give this place extra stars, it’s amazing. We booked three nights, then added a fourth at the last minute. This place really does feel like an oasis. Every staff member we dealt with, at reception, in the restaurant, and elsewhere, was fantastic, kind, thoughtful, and full of warmth. The rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was amazing, with what seemed like endless food. 10/10 all round.

We stayed as a family in 2x Deluxe City View rooms, and the staff made our child feel special and went out of their way to accommodate her. Their "Acoustic tea" was incredible. The rooms were spacious, top quality, and very clean, a welcome retreat from the busy streets. The location is super central too: 15min walk through the old quarter to the lake, 5 mins to shopping, and maybe 5 or 10 mins to train street. Customer service was exceptional from arrival to departure, with everyone being so kind and helpful. Honestly, I’d recommend it and would return in a heartbeat. 10/10.
