An Phu Ha Noi Hotel and Spa

The location worked if you needed a bus, but otherwise it was really bad for us. The hotel was noisy, with people drying their hair outside our door at 11 pm, and it was impossible to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable too. We arrived at 5 pm even though check-in was at 2, and our room still wasn't ready. The receptionist asked us to return an hour later. At 6 it still wasn't ready, and we finally got in at 7 after what looked like five minutes of cleaning. Since rooms can be rented for two hours, we assume ours may have been subrented. I have a small idea why people rent a room for two hours, but don't want to know. We'd asked the receptionist to have our laundry done that evening because we were leaving at 6:30 the next morning. He said it wouldn't be a problem. When the night receptionist took over, we checked that he knew about it. He did, but said the clothes would be ready after 8 the next day. Nice communication between the day and night teams. Fortunately, he managed to get our clothes back at 11 pm that same night. We watched the room being cleaned while we waited, and it took five minutes. It wasn't properly clean, as the toilet picture shows.
