After staying at four hotels in Hanoi, this is easily the most beautiful, clean, and spacious one we’ve found. Stewie and Mint were especially helpful and professional, and made our stay more comfortable. Even after we’d checked out, they arranged taxis to the airport for us twice. The hotel is lucky to have such caring staff. Thanks for everything, and hopefully see you next time :’)

The clean room had an amazing balcony view, and the hotel’s Old Quarter location made it easy to walk around and discover the city. Stewie and Mint were so helpful and professional, making our stay comfortable and memorable. I’d give it 10 out of 5 if I could. Thank you for everything.

The staff made the biggest impression: they were warm, genuinely caring, and happy to share local tips or arrange a cab. My room was cozy and clean, with a vintage feel that suited the Old Quarter. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and tasty. Antique Angel Hotel is tucked on a quiet lane, but cafes, lively streets, and Hoan Kiem Lake are only a short walk away. I enjoyed my two nights here, and found it a lovely, good value base for exploring Hanoi.

Mint was terrific and always there to help. She made it easy to book a driver or day trips, and arranging things through the hotel was a breeze. Hà Nguyễn is a fantastic lady, and we had such a good experience with her. The Antique Angel Hotel Hanoi was nice and gave us quick access to the Old Quarter and the surrounding area. Mint really is exceptional. There couldn’t be a better person to help with all of it. The Antique Hotel Hanoi was also nice and well placed for getting around the Old Quarter.

The room and neighbourhood were both great, and we had a wonderful stay at Antique Angel Hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful. Stewie arranged our airport transport, and Mint suggested activities and booked several tours and rides around Vietnam. We really appreciate all their help and highly recommend the place. Update: Mint is truly a gem. She’d already been helping us organize a big part of our trip before we landed in Vietnam. If you need advice or help with bookings and activities, talk to her.
