Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa

The location made it easy to explore the area, and breakfast was delicious. The young woman working in the breakfast room was so sweet and always greeted us with a big smile. Mr. Ted and the rest of the staff made us feel genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and effort made our stay special. We’d happily come back, and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. Anna in the kitchen was lovely, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a sincere “good morning.” The reception team spoke excellent English and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. My one concern was privacy: windows face each other across the inner courtyard. A one-way film on the glass could help. The location is fantastic, and I’d definitely come back. The welcoming staff made the place stand out.

We really appreciated being allowed to shower in the afternoon after checkout while waiting for our night bus. The staff were welcoming and available throughout our stay. Right in the heart of the old quarter, the location is perfect. The place feels understated and elegant but still relaxed. Our recently renovated room was tidy and clean, and breakfast had a good range of choices. Proper four-star service. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff were kind, and the location was great. We had a lovely few days here. The one thing we weren’t happy with was the breakfast quality.
