The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and other Old Quarter attractions. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, and every receptionist was attentive and genuinely friendly. Martin and Nancy were especially kind and helpful during our stay. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but plenty of authentic local food nearby. Keep an eye on street food prices, since some stalls may overcharge tourists. Established restaurants tend to be more consistent and fair. One of the best value hotels in Hanoi, and highly recommended. 😊👍

There are lots of coffee shops nearby, and PHO 10 is just a minute's walk away, so the location is handy for coffee lovers. The room was nice and clean, though many amenities look old. The TV, for example, isn't even a smart TV. The reception staff were unwelcoming and didn't offer to help with luggage when I arrived or left.

The front desk staff were friendly and gave recommendations for good places to eat. The room had a big bed, plenty of space, and a working hot and cold shower. No insects, either. Customer service at its best.

We had a really huge, clean room with plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and spoke English well, so communication was easy. The service was good. Since we booked for three people but arrived as four, we were charged an extra bed fee of 200,000 VND per day. Still a good experience overall!

The room was very large and the location is excellent. The only problem was the renovation at the house next door. They were using electric drills from 8 a.m., and it was very noisy.
