Bonne Nuit Hotel

We visited in January 2026. The staff were supportive and helpful, and the location was very good, with everything nearby and easy to reach. Our tour package charged us for a 4-star hotel, but the amenities felt more like a 3-star place or homestay. Breakfast was included, though it was the same on all three days. They didn't provide lunch or dinner.

The Old Quarter location is hard to beat, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Having the spa next door was handy after a long day on foot. My corner room had no view, though, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, which got frustrating. The bathroom also needs updating. The bathtub takes up space and makes the room feel cramped. Replacing it with a modern walk-in shower would leave more room and make things feel cleaner and more practical. There’s potential here, but the layout and internet need work.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept. Bonne Nuit Hotel is conveniently placed for major attractions and getting around Hanoi was easy. I had a great experience and think it’s a very good choice for a visit.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the hotel felt safe for families and women, with no local visitors allowed after 8 pm. Its location is ideal, close to the walking street and central market, with just about everything nearby. There are also more than five Indian hotels within walking distance. The place is neat and clean. The rooms are a little small but comfortable, and both the beds and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, which matters to me as a vegetarian.
