The balcony was a nice spot to sit outside, and the location was good. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There was a smart TV too. Most of all, the bed was the most comfortable I've had in a hotel in Asia. I'd definitely stay again.

Snow Mist Hotel, please sort out the Wi-Fi. The network isn't good enough for guests, and it keeps falling short of what we need. After repeated reminders and complaints, nothing has changed. Prices are still high without service quality to match. Please improve the connection and make the price fair for the service. Better service is needed to attract customers and let guests enjoy some meaningful private time with their loved ones.

Getting around was easy from this well-located hotel, and scooter rental is available. The room and bedding were comfortable, the staff friendly and dedicated, and the price was good for what you get. Communication was hard when we didn't speak the same language, so we used Google Translate 😂. The shower floor was slippery 😔. It's a shame there's no breakfast, since that would make the stay easier 👍.
