Thai Binh Hotel

The main downside for me was the service. Guest requests could be handled slowly and without much flexibility, and there's no breakfast buffet, which may be inconvenient if you need a quick meal before sightseeing or work. The location is a real plus. Thai Binh Hotel sits in the city center, opposite the Phu Dong Six-Way Roundabout, with easy access to different parts of town. Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted and NOWZONE Fashion Mall are only a few minutes away, so it can work well for studying, working, or visiting the city. Rooms are generally clean and tidy, but the facilities show wear from years of use. The interior and equipment don't seem to have had major updates, so the hotel feels less modern than newer places. On the grounds, Phuc An Khang Restaurant handles meals as well as wedding receptions and conferences. It's fairly spacious and can suit family gatherings or events.

I called to make a reservation for the first time in my life, and the staff started shouting before I even had a chance to speak. I didn't understand what was happening.

The rooms feel like they're from the 90s, and the price is high. Watch out, the bed might collapse. It feels like there are problems everywhere.

Nothing stands out. It feels just like a guesthouse.
