The host was quick to respond on WhatsApp, and checking in with the code was easy. This is a decent budget place, with good rooms, a clean bathroom, AC, a hair dryer, a swing, plus a shared kitchen with utensils, a stove, and a water dispenser. There's also a common bathroom. We could leave our luggage after checkout while we went on tours, though an early check-in wasn't possible because every room was booked. The location is very good, within walking distance of the Old Quarter, but the road is narrow so tour buses can't reach it. The bathroom ceiling had some mold and a smell.

We could walk almost everywhere, and getting free laundry was a real treat. The host was kind and responsive, so we had a good stay. Still, the mattress was so hard it was difficult to sleep well, and we ran into cockroaches all over the kitchen. The beds really need an upgrade.

I had a great experience here. I'd have paid more somewhere else and ended up with a worse room, I'm sure of it 🫶🏼

Our host was so caring and gave us the best service they could. We stayed nearly 5 days and felt right at home. The homestay is lovely and well kept, just a few steps from hanoi old quarter, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Huge thanks for everything, and we'll see you again ☺️ ☺️ Highly recommended.

The neighborhood was lively and local, and we found delicious breakfast at the far end of the alley. The place and room were interesting, but quiet, and the Wi-Fi was fine. Host communication was great, with quick replies. Cleanliness was 4/5 for both the room and bathroom, and the towels, linens, and decor were also 4/5. The bed was very hard, 2/5. It was okay for one night.
