8/10
It could have earned only two stars for the facilities, but the customer service brought my rating up. The owner's family live on the top two floors. They were friendly despite my Southern accent and helped me get a taxi. The entrance door gets closed around 11 pm, though you can ring the bell if you're coming back late. The place is cheap, but it feels old and not well looked after. The OYO pillow covers were dirty and should be replaced. The shampoo and body soap weren't great, and the AC took a while to cool the room.
