They sealed your stuff and the owner doesn’t care 😡 Bad experience. I’d never come back to this place.

I booked a Superior room (43m2) for 547k VND, but was put in a Standard Studio room (35m2) for over 400k VND. When I raised it, they said they were fully booked. I questioned the mismatch and whether it was a scam. The security guard said, "You're in a cheaper room and you're still complaining?" and called me demanding when I asked why I’d been given a room that didn’t match what I booked. I only wanted the exact room I reserved and the correct price.

They said rooms were available when I booked, then told me the next day they’d made a scheduling mistake. Very unprofessional. Everyone, don’t book with them!
