Champton Hanoi Hotel

We spent a week at this centrally located hotel and would recommend it for a Hanoi visit. The rooftop pool and evening bar were lovely places to unwind after a long day. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and quality, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Desk staff were excellent, always greeting us with a smile.

The location made exploring local food easy, especially with Food Train Street so close by. We had a good stay at the Champton Hotel, where the welcome was warm and the service stayed attentive and accommodating. Charlotte (Vui) deserves a special mention for her kindness and helpfulness, as well as her recommendations. We’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

The food was a real highlight at Champton Hotel. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared, with clear care going into the kitchen. The hotel itself was calm, elegant, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, with warmth and attention in every interaction. It’s the kind of place that makes a trip feel like an experience and has you thinking about returning before checkout. Highly recommended.

We ate in the restaurant every night, and the freshly cooked meals were well presented and excellent, especially the authentic Vietnamese options. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive throughout, with Charlotte at reception and David in the restaurant particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in Hanoi’s old quarter, making the city easy to reach, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There are no outside windows in the bedroom, though I understand that’s common in city hotels. I’d happily visit again.
