The staff member was very nice and welcoming, but the place didn’t feel clean. There were spots all over the couch, hair on the sheets, a dirty fridge, and a full garbage bin when we arrived. The pictures didn’t match reality. Better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference and give guests a much better stay.

The manager arranged an airport taxi for us two days ahead, but it never showed up and made leaving much more stressful than it needed to be. Staff were unhelpful and wanted to avoid Booking.com charges. The furniture had lots of stains, and the apartments are down a horrible, dirty, smelly alley where no Grab drivers will go. I’d only stay here if I were desperate for one night before flying out of Vietnam.

We checked in and were back out within minutes. The apartment was filthy: urine on the toilet and wall, toothpaste smeared in the sink, used water still sitting in the kitchen sink, stained sofas, and wrappers on the floor. When I pointed it out, a staff member came up with a cloth but no bathroom cleaning spray. Really disappointing.

Dat helped us so much, and communication was perfect. They really care about making everything nice for you. The AC was great and we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended, and thank you, Dat!

It was quite dirty, like it had been cleaned in a hurry. But the guy managing the place was really friendly and kind.
