It costs less than many places nearby but offers a good location and quality room. The room isn't large, but it's new, clean, and has everything you need. Staff were attentive. I also liked the sustainability efforts, including hiring deaf cleaning staff and avoiding plastic containers in the room. The hotel sits on a quieter street, while lots of useful places are walkable. Katinat cafe at the pier is 300 m. away, and there are restaurants, museums, and malls within the same radius.

We spent 4D3N here, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We booked the family room, so having a bathtub was a nice bonus. The receptionist and hotel attendant were accommodating, and they even helped us order snacks to bring to the room. It's near the main city and well-known tourist spots, and easy to find on grab, so getting around was no worry. We're satisfied guests from the 🇵🇭.

The staff were friendly, and the location is good, but I wouldn't stay here again. Noise carries badly. I could hear someone coughing on the floor above, and the elevator's repeated dinging woke me several times, very early in the morning and in the middle of the night. Light from the corridor-facing window was bothersome too. A simple dark curtain would fix that.

The air conditioning would switch off from time to time, and there was some mold in the bathroom. Even so, this is a convenient, dependable place to stay. The hotel feels safe, well-managed, and not crowded. Reception staff were attentive and friendly, and handled our requests generously. Its central Ho Chi Minh City location puts plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. La Paix Saigon is also really convenient, with everything close enough to walk to. I had a great stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
