Everything was nice in my opinion: professional service, good value, a clean room, a parking garage, and a breakfast buffet. Everyone on staff was friendly. Van Anh especially stood out to me during my 29 days in Viet Nam. Thank you!

The location was really good, right in the heart of the 1st district. Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved the atmosphere. The staff were super nice. It was just what you'd expect from this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable enough, and the free breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a convenience store just downstairs. It was easy to get to the big market and plenty of other food options, too. For the price, it was great. My only missing item was a safe.

Apart from the noise, the hotel was lovely: friendly people and great service, a cute breakfast, a good price, and an excellent location. The room had no frills but was comfortable. I imagine the rooms at the back are fine, but I wouldn't book a city-view room unless you can sleep through serious noise. I had booked a week, but checked out after the first night because it sounded like karaoke was happening in my room, 501, all night. There were no quieter rooms to move to, and I was disappointed that I couldn't get a refund for the nights I didn't stay. I understand it was a nonrefundable booking, but in my experience hotels often offer at least a partial refund when someone is that unhappy and they can't move them, regardless of the booking platform. Mine was Expedia.
