The concierge services felt unreliable and low quality. Laundry and currency exchange were expensive, and the bus ticket service was bad. The stairway was rundown, as were the room door and furniture. Rooms are small and humid, and there’s no elevator for the upper floors. It’s cheap, but I didn’t think it was worth the money. Check the room before renting.

I asked beforehand what the treatment included, then booked a facial and facial massage. I didn’t receive the massage, but still had to pay full price. When I brought it up at payment, they ignored me, and the woman who was meant to do the treatment started raising her voice. Be careful about booking massages here.

There were a few mice in the rooms, and cleanliness was minimal. There was no hot water either. Still, it’s acceptable for a one-night stay in the city center.

The massage itself was incredible, the best I’ve ever had. It was a one-hour local Thai massage for 150,000 VND, with no pressure to tip. When I first arrived, they told me to take my clothes off in an open area, and I briefly thought about leaving. Once it began, though, it felt more like manual therapy or a famous massage parlor. I wish I’d found the place sooner so I could’ve come more often. This is the real deal!!!

The welcome was good, but it couldn’t make up for all the problems. No hot water, a dirty room, mice, music noise, noise from the water heater circuit breaker, and an uncomfortable bed.
