Cheetah Hostel

The room was basic but had everything I needed, and the shower had great water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I liked being able to walk around the Old Quarter, with Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple very close by. We'd definitely come back.

I appreciated that the place had a bar and nice bartenders, but several things fell short. The billiards room was being renovated, and the rooms and common area sometimes smelled of sewage. While the rooms were being cleaned, my expensive charger disappeared from the outlet.

The staff were so enthusiastic and helpful. At the last minute, they even took me to the bus stop so I could catch a bus before my flight. The travel desk arranged tours too, including my Sapa trek and day trip to Hoa lu, and handled the details carefully so I barely had to do anything. I liked the location, modern equipment, and spacious areas as well. This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in in Hanoi, VietNam. I've told my friends who are coming to Hanoi this November about it. Thanks for the great treatment!

Really good value for the money. The beds are super comfortable, and every bed has power plugs. There's wifi throughout the building, and the staff are very nice and helpful. It's a great place to relax :)
