Classy Boutique Hotel

I was cautious at first because I usually stay in five-star hotels, but Classy Boutique Hotel exceeded what I expected for the price and location. It’s a very good Old Quarter choice, with excellent service and facilities. The young staff were friendly, professional, quick, and attentive, from handling luggage to sorting out small requests. My eighth-floor room had a spacious balcony, good light, a cozy bed, and a large, pleasant bathroom. The room was comfortable overall. There were a couple of small problems with the kettle and power sockets, but staff dealt with them promptly. The hotel is small and tucked into a quiet alley, so it had a peaceful, relaxing feel. I’d recommend it.

My mother and I stayed for five days and were happy we chose this hotel. It’s close to Hanoi’s weekend night market, and the staff worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. Lola, Christina, Alice, Tony, and the other guy whose name I forgot were all super friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t soundproof, though. We could hear neighbors laughing and even coughing. Thanks to the staff, you guys are awesome.

They were very accommodating when we needed extra days and a late checkout. The location is good, opposite the famous Banh Mi 25 and near the Old Quarter’s tourist spots. Definitely recommend staying here.
