The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Ms Thu deserves special thanks for her patience, care, and dedication in making sure things went smoothly. We appreciated the support from her and the whole team throughout our stay in Hanoi. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the visit comfortable and memorable. The people here really made our stay. Everyone was warm and helpful, and they even gave us a souvenir. Thanks especially to Mr Lee, Ms Fen An, Ms Thu, Mr. Vo & Mr. San. The hotel is also in a handy spot, close to lots of attractions and places to eat or shop. There are herbal stores right outside with a lovely smell, plus a mini mart, juice shop, pharmacy, money exchange, souvenir shops and coffee shops nearby, including Blackbird cafe. Our room was simple but comfortable enough. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

There are plenty of well-known places to eat nearby, and the local food just outside was better than the hotel breakfast for me. Breakfast itself was decent, with Vietnamese dishes and sausages. The room was nice, and the location is very convenient, with endless food choices around, including several Michelin Guide spots. I did have one problem: there was no hot water during my stay, even though Agoda listed it as an amenity.

The staff kept smiling and were helpful and informative throughout our stay at Classy Holiday. When one staff member misunderstood a date, they apologized right away, which felt very considerate and honest. This was the best place my friends and I stayed across our trip through different cities in Vietnam. I’m especially grateful to Lee, though I’m sorry I don’t know his full name.
