The rooms felt elegant and comfortable, and the service was attentive without hovering. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and high quality. Mikki and Fancy deserve special thanks for their personal care, and the whole team made us feel welcome from the start. We had a memorable stay, with the style, comfort, and hospitality I’d hope for in an upper-class hotel. We’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was a delicious, varied spread each morning, and the rooftop pool and bar made a nice place to have a drink. We stayed at Classyc Hotel for 4 nights in June 2025. The staff did a lot to make things easy, from arranging airport transfers and printing our boarding passes to packing breakfast for our early departure on the last day. The hotel was comfortable and clean, right in the Old Quarter and within walking distance of plenty to see, eat, and drink. We’d stay there again if we return to Hanoi.

The traffic light intersection nearby can get a little congested at peak times, but the hotel itself is more spacious than many places in the Old Quarter and seems quite new. The rooms are on the small side, though clean, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast had lots of choices, and everything we tried was delicious and seemed high quality. We also appreciated the Vietnamese souvenir given at checkout. Reno Bar is on the first floor, and guests may get a voucher at check-in. It was comfortable and nicely designed, not too crowded, with reasonably priced drinks. Service was excellent throughout. I’d happily recommend Classyc Hotel and stay again in Hanoi.

We were able to come back to leave and collect our belongings while waiting for our late departure, and the team were kind and patient each time. They also helped us arrange showers before our overnight train to Sapa. From arrival onward, everyone was friendly, polite, and welcoming, with genuine smiles. Thanks to Amelia, the afternoon shift team, the spa staff, and everyone at Reno Bar for looking after us. Amelia’s small Classy Hotel souvenir was a thoughtful keepsake from the trip.
