Breakfast was à la carte each morning, enjoyed in a peaceful setting with gentle music and beautiful views of Ho Tay Lake. Our room was spacious, spotless, soundproof, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were so hospitable and went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. This hotel is a real gem.

We had a beautiful stay, with a great room and very friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its high-tech features. The staff helped us when delayed flights meant we'd be checking in very late. Perfect location. Highly recommend it in Hanoi.

It hurts to see what a costly mistake this was. The food wasn't good, and they wouldn't even let us check in. I paid $50 for an afternoon tea set, including the service charge and VAT, and the whole experience was disappointing. The taste was forgettable, the service wasn't worthy of the price, and I regret it deeply. Some lessons cost money, and I paid for mine today.

The location was good, with less chaos than the old quarter and an easy taxi ride to anywhere in Hanoi. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Breakfast offered lots of choices, either from the buffet or ordered. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, giving us places to eat and booking taxis. The rooftop bar had lovely views at night, and it was nice to have drinks beside the infinity pool. Everything was clean, and I couldn't fault the hotel or room. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. We were given free foot massages, and Hang did a wonderful job. The spa was great, and I wish I'd had more time to use the steam room and sauna. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. When we arrived, we were told we'd been upgraded to a suite, and it was beautiful. I'd definitely stay in the suite again. A 10/10 stay, and I'd come back next time I'm in Hanoi.
