At check-in on 7/28/2025 at 10:30 PM, there was absolutely nobody there. I called the hotel many times and was told over and over that there was no reservation on record, even though the room had been fully paid for. Era place? I can't complain enough about that place. What a joke.

I couldn't sleep because the room was so noisy. There were used towels in the bathroom, and the kitchen and utensils were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The noise was unbearable, and the cleanliness was unacceptable.

The staff were rude, and I felt like I was in someone else's home, being yelled at all the time. The room was dirty, and the pillows were moldy, as the photos show. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. I went downstairs twice to ask for help, but the staff did nothing and had a bad attitude. That was my first and last stay.

The check-in service from the receptionist was terrible. I've read plenty of reviews about this lady's attitude, so why hasn't Era Ha Yen stepped in and replaced her? She speaks to guests as if she's queen of the world, and her shrill voice is incredibly irritating.

I booked successfully through the app, but the owner never replied when I contacted them. When I went to the property, they said every room was booked and didn't even apologize. Terrible way to run a business.
