We had to cancel after arriving at the property and being told someone else had our room. We’d already messaged our arrival time on WhatsApp, and they’d been asking us since we booked when we’d arrive and whether we were coming at all. Despite all that communication, they gave us no warning and waited until we got there to tell us. This is an unacceptable way to handle bookings, and we’re extremely disappointed with the service. Do not book this apartment!

Avoid this place if you can. I reserved two rooms the day before we were due to arrive. Payment wasn’t required for the reservation, but the next day I got a message saying they had only one room available. Choose somewhere in Hanoi with a more proactive, client-focused approach. I do not recommend it.

We were stranded looking for another hotel after a long flight because they said there was a water problem in our room. About ten minutes later, other guests were checked into the very room we were told was unavailable. They don't seem to honor reservations at all. Also, take those positive reviews with a grain of salt, most were written by people who gave a rating of 1! ;)

The place was old and badly kept, and it looked nothing like the photos. The sheets were stained, including the supposedly clean set they brought after changing them. The sink in the washroom was clogged too. Extremely dirty. Do not book.
