Era Apartment Ho Rua

The security guard was really friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. My seven-day, six-night stay booked on Airbnb had just a few small drawbacks, and for the price I was still very satisfied. The room matched the pictures, the location was great, and the taps had good pressure with hot and cold water. The air conditioning, refrigerator, projector, and other equipment all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was poor, but it didn't bother me much. Host Dieu Huong didn't reply to guest questions, so if anything goes wrong, ask the security guard rather than relying on the host. At the parking area entrance you also have to ask the guard for help. I hope the host finds another option, since it's a bit inconvenient for him when I arrive late. For laundry, you can go down to the parking area and ask staff to wash and dry your clothes for a small extra fee of less than 50k VND. I was still very satisfied for the price, 9.25/10.

The room was nice and quiet, and the security guard was friendly and helpful.

The wifi kept cutting out. Sometimes it was there, sometimes it wasn't, and when it did work, it still couldn't be used. The room smelled terrible and was dirty, the service was poor, and the bathroom was filthy, smelly, and horrible. I booked expecting one thing and got another. Really disgusting.

The room was quiet and clean. She seemed friendly and easygoing.
