They asked for a bank transfer as soon as I checked in, and there weren’t even two bottles of water in the room. When I asked for water, they told me to buy my own. The room was tiny, barely large enough for a bed. Its drywall partition did nothing to block sound, and I could hear the person next door snoring as if they were beside me. The blankets, mattress, and pillows smelled terrible. It was awful and not worth even one star. Don’t stay here!

My laundry weighed 1.6kg, but they charged me for 3.5kg. When I questioned that, they said, “If you don’t like it, wash it somewhere else,” and claimed that was the hotel’s standard weight. How does 1.6kg become 3.5kg? Weight is an international standard. If they use their own standard, they should tell guests clearly. This feels like a scam.

The staff weren’t welcoming, parking the motorbike was cramped, and they didn’t help customers get their bikes out. There were no cameras in the hallways, either. After checking out, I realized I’d left my Samsung A70 charger behind, but by the time I got to 108 Hospital, it was gone. Neither the owner nor the staff admitted taking it. There’s no lower rating to give. The room was badly run-down, the sheets and pillows were torn, dirty, and smelly, and mice ran over my head while I was sleeping 😞😞😞. I’d gladly rate it lower if I could, just for peace of mind.

I rented a room while caring for a relative at Viet Duc and had a terrible time. The place was damp, smelly, and expensive, and the staff were rude and grumpy. I was charged 200k after just one hour. The price was higher than at some hotels on Au Trieu street, so I went to 21 Au Trieu instead, where the room was much nicer. Stay away.
