We spent five days at flower hostel and would happily stay there again. It feels like a small apartment, cozy and nice, and the owner is lovely. It's in a quiet, central, strategic part of Hanoi, with everything within walking distance. The WiFi was perfect, and both the area and rooms were really quiet. There's also a laundry right across from the accommodation, with 24-hour service for 20k/kg.

We were sorry to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped, had a nice view, and even a separate shower in the bathroom. The staff were kind and kept offering us tea whenever we saw them. They don't really speak English, but their friendly attitude and a translator device made communication easy enough. It's about 10 minutes from the Old Quarter and very close to the lake.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we're in Hanoi again. The owners were so friendly and cheerful, and although he didn't speak English, he tried hard to communicate with his translator while we practiced Vietnamese. They made us feel incredibly welcome, gave us fruit and water at checkout, and drove us to the airport. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the market stalls and beer street weren't too far away. Our favourite homestay 😍

The local family is lovely, especially the kids, and the staff are great. My room was fantastic, new and comfortable, for a very reasonable price. It was my birthday while I was there, and they arranged a cake with my girlfriend. We had so much fun, it deserves six stars, if only that were possible. Greatest hostel near the Old Town.

Khanh at reception was especially helpful. He speaks good English and knows the area well, from places to eat and get your hair done to the buses. The airport bus stops just up the street, and the lake is close by. The walls have interesting hand-painted murals, why wouldn't you? I stayed at Here in Hanoi for about five nights. The rooms are simple but have what you need, including a fridge, A/C, good WiFi, and a good TV. Guests can also use the laundry facilities. I'd definitely recommend it.
