The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel

The staff were our favourites of all the hotels we visited in Vietnam. They were pleasant, accommodating, and always had a lovely smile, making the stay a real pleasure. We liked the rooms and beds, too, and thought the location was good. Very happy with our stay.

The staff made us feel welcome every day, especially Linh and Nga. Our room was cleaned daily, and we were upgraded to one with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was decent, very close to the Old Quarter. Street noise came through, but we still managed to sleep. They were helpful with recommendations and arranging day trips, so we didn’t have to sort everything out ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Flower Boutique Hotel.

The staff were genuinely warm and amazing. When my husband urgently needed a part for his medical equipment, they called shops, spoke with them, and arranged delivery to the hotel. That help absolutely saved our trip. We stayed six nights, in a spot that’s far enough from the Old Town madness to feel calmer, yet close enough to walk there. West Lake is nearby too and was a more relaxed place to spend an evening. The rooms matched the website, with comfortable beds, nice rooms, and lovely hot showers. Grabs were cheap and easy to get around the city, and the neighbouring streets had lots of quiet coffee spots. We skipped the hotel breakfast, though it might be worth having since there aren’t many breakfast options nearby.

The Flower Boutique was our little peaceful spot in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and really nice, and the location worked well. Outside can be noisy, though that’s just Hanoi, and earplugs took care of it. Linh at reception was incredibly kind and patient when I needed help finding a piece of medical equipment. He interpreted for me and provided fantastic service, and I’m very grateful. A wonderful place to stay.
