The one decent thing was being allowed to leave a day early without paying for the last night. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this hostel at all. The staff weren’t very kind and seemed too cool to help. A full pack of cigarettes disappeared from our room while we were out. The rooms are old and not cleaned properly, and little cockroaches came out from under the bed. Never again.

We stopped by the rooftop bar this afternoon on our first visit to Vietnam, and it was such a lovely surprise. The view over Hanoi is amazing, the prices are incredibly affordable, and the staff are super friendly. I haven’t seen what the rooms are like, but I’ll definitely book my next stay here.
