This place is far from the central area, and the view was of buildings and the street, not a garden or trees. The room photos are renderings rather than actual pictures. Cleanliness was just okay: there were stains on the bedsheets and hallway carpet, and the towel had holes. Staff put me in the wrong room and didn’t mention it until I brought it up the next morning. They said they were fully booked and asked why I hadn’t said anything at check-in. I’d checked in and left right away, then didn’t get home until after 10 pm. 😳

We’d paid a couple of days ahead through Agoda and had messaged the hotel there before arriving, but got no reply. At check-in, staff told us our room had been given to someone else, an extended-stay customer, and said they weren’t honoring our booking. They offered a smaller room than the one we’d reserved, with a bad attitude. The staff were very rude, so we decided to cancel and sort it out with Agoda. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and the other bad reviews are true.

The staff were really sweet and cooperative. The manager was especially helpful when we arrived early and wanted to store our luggage, and when we were leaving the property early. We had a great stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back here. ♥️

The price is definitely cheap, but the standards were disappointing. I saw a rat by reception, where the restaurant and coffee shop are too. LOL The room towel looked dirty, with dead ants stuck to it. There’s no elevator, which could be a problem if you have heavy luggage. The cleanliness and service felt in line with the low price. If you’re after a budget stay, I’d look elsewhere.
