GM Premium Hotel

Louis was especially helpful, sharing recommendations for places to visit and things to see. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our three nights at GM Premium Hotel, which was a great way to explore Hanoi and the surrounding attractions. Its location right in the Old Quarter was excellent. Breakfast was very good, with a good mix of Vietnamese and American or Continental classics. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night, and it was great to have vegetarian choices. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

The gym was the one small letdown, as it felt a bit under-equipped compared with the rest of the hotel. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our April 23rd to 29th stay at GM Premium and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. The whole staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always going the extra mile. A special thanks to Annie, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local tips that were genuinely helpful during our trip. Breakfast had a nice range of dishes, and the coffee was a highlight we enjoyed every morning.

The staff made everything easy, and the hotel felt clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s also a great base for getting around Hanoi. I’ve visited four times in the last four months, and I’m glad I finally tried GM Premier Hotel Hanoi. It was one of my best choices for these trips. The stay felt like a home away from home, and I’d come back every time. Wish I’d found it sooner. Highly recommend GM Premier Hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Vietnamese and Western options, and there was even a shower available for freshening up before a later flight. We used the hotel car service for a late-night arrival, and it was handled perfectly. We stayed at GM Premium Hotel when we first landed in Hanoi, then again after our loop through northern Vietnam before flying south from Noi Bai airport. The reception team were so kind, greeting us warmly each day, helping with bags, and even walking us out to cross the street for our car. I’d stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
