I want the hotel to take this seriously and review the CCTV from my arrival around 12:45 AM and checkout the next morning. I was alone and frightened, and this kind of conduct toward women traveling solo should never be acceptable. The receptionist was kind, professional, and welcoming, but the security guard left me feeling unsafe. When I arrived after a delayed flight, I was exhausted and the room looked unlike the online photos, so I let that pass. An elderly guard offered to carry my luggage, then grabbed and squeezed my elbow in a way that felt inappropriate. He stopped as soon as he noticed the receptionist nearby. I thought perhaps I had misunderstood and said nothing. At checkout, I even gave him a small tip out of politeness and respect for his age. Then, as he helped load my bags into the car, he deliberately squeezed and rubbed my hand in a clearly sexual and inappropriate way. I was stunned, alone, in a hurry, and scared. I hope management acts quickly so this does not happen to anyone else.

For the price, the quality was poor. Water leaked from the shower and spread across the floor, but when we reported it, the front desk offered only an old cloth. There wasn't even a mop, so we had to dry everything ourselves.

The Wi-Fi barely had a signal, and the receptionist kept giving reasons for it. Then the air conditioner stopped working at midnight, even after I tried everything with the remote. When we arrived at 4 pm, there was no receptionist in the lobby and guests had to wait around 30 minutes. Check carefully before booking.

I couldn't stay in the room: the sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place smelled awful. I asked for my money back right away, but the staff refused and weren't helpful, so I had to find somewhere else. I should receive a full refund for this unacceptable stay.

Being near the airport and reasonably priced didn't make up for the room. It looked different from the photos, the floor felt unpleasant, and the bathroom door was broken and came with a foul smell. Thick dust on the windows made it seem like the place hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend it.
