We stayed for a week in the deluxe double with a balcony, and it was just right. The room was very clean and matched the photos, with really strong AC. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The location worked well too, close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. We loved our stay.

Friendly staff both day and night, and the basics were all there: good wifi, strong AC, water, a kettle, hair dryer, and tea. The bed was clean and comfortable. The walls and shower area could use a proper deep clean, though, so keep expectations realistic for the price. It’s right in the center and easy to explore the Old Quarter on foot. A solid option for budget travelers or people on their own.

The location was awesome, and the receptionist was really nice. Inside the room it was clean and quiet. The elevator is a little small, but for the price per night, this is a good place to stay.

Ngoc made our stay much easier, letting us check in early and helping with restaurant ideas and directions. When we came back to Hanoi, the hotel was sold out, but we stopped by anyway. Ngoc booked our onward bus and checked the next day to see if the trip had gone well. Our room was clean and spacious, and the area had plenty of places to eat and drink. We had a very good experience here.

The room was quiet, with a nice balcony, and the service was good. Housekeeping came daily when wanted and left two bottles of water each time. The wall paint could use a refresh, but otherwise everything was good.
