I was here on a business trip. The room was neither awful nor good: the spray scent was very strong and odd, the facilities looked old, and the sofa and chairs didn't seem clean. Soundproofing was poor, so I could clearly hear noise from outside and next door. Staff didn't come across as welcoming or helpful. When checking in and out, you'll probably need to carry your own luggage up and down the stairs; the staff standing there didn't offer to help.

The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, and everything worked despite the slightly dated decor. Good value, and the staff were flexible and really helpful, thanks so much. It’s also very close to the BRT bus line to Yen Nghia bus station.

I came for a one-day business trip because it was convenient for getting to the industrial park. The room was fine in general, but breakfast had just one option, and water was the only other drink. If you don't eat dog meat, it’s very hard to find somewhere to eat.

It’s right near the fort in the city, which made for a perfect location. The hotel was modern and very clean, and the staff helped guide us throughout our stay. The room had most of the facilities we needed. We had an awesome stay and I’d definitely come back. I’d recommend it to couples and families.

It’s on a quiet street, though a long way from Hanoi’s main tourist sights. The new train line is about a 15-minute walk away.
