Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel

The room was very clean, and being right in the middle of Hanoi's charming Old Quarter made it easy to get around. We booked too late to get two rooms because the hotel was full, so only one person could stay, which we regretted. The staff were kind, respectful, and helpful throughout, from the doorman to the breakfast team. Special thanks to Miss Thảo for her warm smile and professionalism.

Ana welcomed us warmly and helped us with restaurant suggestions and all our questions. Everyone on staff was friendly, and we had a clean room, fresh towels, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast. My best friend and I had a great overnight stay. The location works perfectly for a short visit. You can hear some outside noise through the thin walls, and the TV wasn't working, but neither bothered us. I would've liked hair conditioner in the bathroom. Thanks to Ana and the team for such a kind welcome at the start of our Hanoi trip. We'd happily return.

Jasmine at reception was REALLY helpful and went out of her way for us during our stay. Breakfast was very good compared with other places we've tried, so it's worth filling up before heading out. The hotel is on a surprisingly quiet street in Hanoi's noisy Old Quarter. We had two rooms for our three daughters and us: family room 205 was lovely, with a balcony over the street, while double room 301 was dark and smelled damp, with a window onto a narrow shaft. I'd ask for a room at the front. Some rooms in the middle only have an internal window and no natural light. For just one night, those might be cheaper and still preferable to the damp room.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole team was attentive and helpful, especially Ana at the front desk. Our street-facing room had a small balcony, and breakfast was good each day with different choices. It's easy to walk to lots of places, and getting a Grab was simple too. Great location and value, with excellent staff. We'll be back.
