We picked Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel for its price and handy location, directly across from the bus stop where we had an early departure for Ha Long Bay. It ended up being a very pleasant surprise. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment we arrived, and offered us a "snack&drink" (pic attacched) while we checked in. The room was clean and well organized, with a comfortable bed, and was more than adequate for our one-night stay. It was fairly spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price. We left early, and the staff helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast had a decent variety and was good. They also kindly let us store our larger bags at the hotel, which is convenient if you plan to return after your trip. I'd recommend it to anyone catching a bus from Hanoi or heading to Ha Long Bay. Great value and service. Our stay: 22 oct - 23 oct 2025

The team made everything feel easy, and Jessica and her staff were so kind, attentive, and ready to help with any question or problem. The location is very convenient, and breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. I felt at home here. The room, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. The team even kept my belongings for free for three months, which was unbelievable and showed how much they care. A truly exceptional stay from start to finish. I'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The deluxe room was great, and we felt looked after from the moment we arrived at Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel. Jessica was warm and welcoming, and did her best to meet our requests throughout the stay. Phong also deserves a mention for being attentive and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful time here. Another big plus is that the hotel offers

Breakfast was included and ready by 6:45 AM, and room service was very good. The hotel is also within walking distance of lots of places, especially the Hanoi Night Market. The staff were friendly and explained the hotel’s services as well as nearby sights and things to do when I checked in. Laundry was fast and clean, and after checking out in the morning they kindly let me leave my luggage there. I had a great stay and would recommend it.
