The location was the biggest plus, and the bathroom in the dorm was good. But the dorm was huge, maybe 14 beds, and didn’t close, so anyone could come in. The common area looked really bad and badly needed renovation. It had none of the cozy, sociable feel I’d hoped for as a backpacker. I didn’t feel comfortable and moved to another hostel after one night. Breakfast wasn’t good either.

I’d stayed here before and had a great time, so I accidentally brought my luggage here after mixing up the address with another booking. The mistake was completely mine, but the staff kindly agreed to hold my bag. They were calm, friendly, and honest, and made a stressful moment easy for me as a traveler passing through. That help confirmed how professional and welcoming they are. I’d stay here again and recommend the hostel.

We arrived in Hanoi early and were able to leave our bags here for 120k vnd per bag. The staff were very helpful, and storing them meant we could walk around Hanoi before heading to the airport. Thanks!

I stored my luggage here instead of at the Sheraton. It was convenient, and the male staff were flexible and helpful. Online check-in and paying in advance worked superbly.

The location was good, but the staff were even better. Phuong and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful, and I loved the Hello Kitty bedding too.
