The staff went out of their way to help our group of 15, and Sang, the doorman, was especially kind and welcoming. My toddler adored him and looked for him whenever we came back. We stayed at Hanoi HM Hotel from 25 May to 2 June, after problems with our original rooms led to us being moved from another hotel. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but decent, and the location was excellent, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants that made exploring Hanoi easy. I’m giving four stars because my niece and nephew got bug bites during the stay. We were fairly confident they came from the hotel room: they spent two nights in another town with no new bites, then the bites resumed after we returned to Hanoi. The staff responded promptly, changed their room, and arranged airport transfers for our group. Despite that concern, we had a very positive stay. The rooms, location, and dedicated staff made it enjoyable, and I especially appreciate Sang and the team’s hospitality.

The staff were incredible and helped us out in several ways, going out of their way more than once. We were also able to leave most of our bags at the hotel while we stayed in Ha Long Bay, so we could travel light. The hotel is nicely located, very clean, and the rooms are comfortable with pleasant views over the busy streets. If I return to Hanoi, I’ll likely stay here again.

The local experiences arranged by Vietgo Travels felt authentic and not too touristy. Our guide spoke excellent English and shared interesting things about Vietnamese culture and history. The whole Vietnam trip went smoothly, with good planning and support whenever we needed it. Everything was on time, and booking with Vietgo Travels was one of our best decisions. I’d recommend them to international travelers.

The staff at HM Boutique Hotel were attentive and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, and well designed, and breakfast had an enjoyable range of choices. Its location is ideal for seeing the Old Quarter and nearby sights. I’d stay here again.
