Hanoi Inner Hotel

The on-site manager, “Lucy,” was the best. She found me a great room, booked activities and a taxi, and gave solid recommendations. She was professional and friendly throughout. There’s also cheap, quick laundry service and activity booking on site. This was my second stay, and I’ll be back. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the AC and Wi-Fi were great. The location is perfect, right in the old city near the lake and the Cathedral. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a fantastic craft beer brewery next door. The neighborhood has character. A hidden gem, highly recommend!

The price is fair and the location makes it easy to walk to the main spots. The staff were kind and helpful, and they did basic room cleaning during our stay. Cleanliness was only fair, though: there wasn't dirt or someone else's hair that I could see, but the furniture and room setup looked old, and the wardrobe handle was broken. The bedding and comforter could really use replacing.

We loved how easy the stay was. Restaurants, shops, and even a church were all within walking distance, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and worked really well for our family. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free visit!

Klook had emailed us a hotel confirmation, but the hotel said it hadn't received our booking. We had to find somewhere else that could take us. It was the worst part of our trip.
