Hanoi Sky Hotel

The staff made the stay memorable. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the front desk team were outstanding. Thanks to Sophia, Alice, Felix, and the rest for patiently dealing with my limited Vietnamese, offering useful suggestions, and explaining nearby tours and excursions. They made me feel like a welcomed guest, not just a customer. I'll remember this stay for years, and can't wait to return. The breakfast buffet was extensive, well prepared, and delicious. Rooms were comfortable and functional, and the showers were especially good. Sky Charm is in a great spot for the Old Quarter, close enough to explore on foot while still quiet and comfortable. The hotel sits on a side street where three short avenues meet, with mostly foot traffic and only an occasional shooter. There are street food spots, restaurants, bars, and salons right nearby, in a relaxed setting. It was fun to step out for a quick bite or drink and people-watch. Hanoi can feel overwhelming, and other travelers had warned me the Old Quarter could be noisy at night, so the quiet was a welcome surprise.

The breakfast at sky charm was much better than I expected from a smaller hotel: loads of choices, fresh fruit, and you could order special items like pho for free. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of the old quarter with delicious Vietnamese restaurants and cafes all around. Xofa Cafe is just 15 seconds away, and their coconut coffee is heavenly. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, especially Sophia ❤️. The front desk and dining teams were wonderful too, always chatting with me. The doormen took care of my heavy bags so I never had to lift them myself. I had a really pleasant, comforting stay. I highly recommend the hotel, especially if you're also visiting Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. I'll be back soon, Sky Charm staff! I ❤️ you guys.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Sofia upgraded us to a big room, and she was especially helpful, so thanks to her. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere in a lively city. Great value for money and a very convenient location.

The staff really made our stay, especially Henna, Sofia, and Ben (bellman). They went out of their way to arrange a surprise birthday cake and decorations, help with a massage treatment, and sort out our airport taxi. The rooms were very comfortable, the location was fantastic, and we had no noise problems. We loved the Sky Charm Hotel. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
