The early morning and late evening can get a little noisy from activity around the hotel, but it was manageable. I stayed five days for business and had a good experience overall. They gave me a nice discount for the longer stay, which I appreciated. The staff were polite, supportive, and ready to help. With restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, it’s an easy place to find food and everyday things. A good value option for business travel in a central location.

Ngoc and Minh were kind to my boyfriend and me. We’d been dropped off by the Sapa night bus at 6am and were waiting for a cafe to open at 7. We had a meeting at 8, so Ngoc let us come in and wait somewhere for a while. They let us charge our phones and get connected to where we needed to go.

The rooms are worn out, with old fixtures, and this was one of my worst room stays. It’s really only suitable for a night’s sleep. I’ve booked much better places for the same or less money, and the reviews didn’t match what I found. The good points were the staff, who were polite, well spoken, and accommodating, and the location right in the heart of the old quarter. Kudos to them. ♥️

The washing came back arguably more stained than when we handed it over. The room was very disappointing too: there was just one plug, so we couldn’t plug in both the TV and fan, the air conditioning broke on the third day and dripped all over our clothes, and the door didn’t close or lock properly. Extremely disappointed. I’d challenge anyone to find a worse hotel. A genuine horror.

A decent old budget hotel for someone watching their spending. It’s generally clean and roomy enough, and the location is good. The shower pressure is a bit low and the AC isn’t great, though there’s always a fan. Not much to complain about.
