The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean with everything I needed. It's a bit away from the tourist area, but still only about a 15-minute walk and easy to get around from there. I was in room 101 across from the lobby, and smoke from the person there, along with food smells, could get into my room. The toilet has a tub, and water might drain out, but it wasn't a big issue since they clean every day. Otherwise, all good.

My parents spent a month in one of the apartments and found it a wonderful place to rest. It's very well soundproofed, nicely decorated, and furnished with quality pieces. They had everything they needed, including kitchen and bathroom utensils. The service was excellent. The area is great too, with restaurants and cafes close by, and Hoan Kiem center just a few minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it for a long stay, and we'll be back.

We really appreciated having a kitchen and a modern, high-end washing machine and dryer in the room. We didn't cook, but buying mangoes, bananas, dragon fruit, and watermelon from street vendors and cutting them up in the room was handy. Fast internet, a couple of TVs, and a bath rounded things out nicely. It cost about a third of what a good hotel a few blocks away would have. It's a great base for a longer Hanoi visit, about a 15-minute walk from the old quarter. The area is much less touristy, which also felt safer, and it's quiet at night. As of January 2018, it was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly, there were lots of restaurants nearby, and meals cost roughly half what you'd pay in the old quarter.

There was tasty food around the area, and both the guard and receptionist were friendly. The receptionist was helpful, and communicating in English was no problem. We stayed for five days, and I'd definitely recommend the apartment.
